Description
Arditi – Daisy Polka (1882). Luigi Arditi (16 July 1822 – 1 May 1903) was an Italian violinist, composer and conductor. He worked as a conductor in Italy, Havana, New York, Constantinople, London, Vienna, St. Petersburg and Madrid. He toured Germany with his own opera troupe but finally settled permanently in London in 1885. Luigi Arditi died at Hove and is buried in the cemetery there. Arditi – Daisy Polka was originally composed for piano solo and is arranged here for solo flute with piano accompaniment.
